Headquarter is an AI operations platform that runs product, orders, stock, wholesale and finance in one system for fashion and lifestyle brands.
It sits on top of the tools a brand already runs. Agents do the coordination, and a
person approves anything that changes a price, commits money or leaves the company.
What Headquarter does
Products and compliance
One record for every style, variant, cost, supplier and sample, from development to the shelf.
Compliance documents and each product's public passport page are generated from that record,
so they match the product data.
Orders and wholesale
Wholesale, direct and retail share one order book. Channel is a filter, not a silo, so a
buyer's order and a webshop order draw on the same stock.
Inventory and purchasing
Stock is held per location and fed from the channels a brand already sells through. Agents
draft reorders and purchase orders, and a person approves each one before it is sent.
Communications and PR
Press lists, a public newsroom and outreach drafts sit next to the product and order data they
refer to. An agent drafts the press email and a person sends it.
Finance
Margin, campaign spend and the P&L read from the same records as orders and stock, rather
than from an export rebuilt at month end.
Agents
Ask in plain language and the work happens. Agents read the order book, chase an overdue sample
and watch the margin, and every write is recorded with the agent's name on it.
What makes Headquarter different
One record, not one tool per job
Wholesale platforms hold the order book, fashion ERPs hold product and stock, and finance sits
somewhere else. Headquarter holds orders, stock, wholesale, PR and finance in one database, so
there is nothing to reconcile between them.
It keeps the tools you already run
The webshop, the accountant and the shipping tool stay. Headquarter connects to them and
replaces the spreadsheets and hand-offs in between, where an ERP asks a brand to move
everything onto it.
Agents with something real to act on
Horizontal AI agent tools have an approval button and no operational data of their own.
Headquarter's agents work on the brand's own products, orders and stock, and every proposal
lands in the record it would change.

Price changes, purchase orders and anything sent outside the company wait for a person to
approve them. Every write is recorded with the name of the person or agent who made it, and
update and delete are revoked on the audit log at the database level.
Hosted in the EU
Brand data is stored in the EU, in Stockholm. The list of subprocessors is published inside
the app.

Headquarter is built in Copenhagen. It started from the same problem at every brand we worked
with: products in one tool, orders in another, stock in a third, and people holding the gaps
together with spreadsheets. Nobody could see the whole operation at once.

What is Headquarter?

Does Headquarter replace Shopify or our accounting software?
No. Your webshop and your accountant stay. Headquarter connects to them and replaces the
spreadsheets and hand-offs in between.
Can an agent change a price or send an email on its own?
No. Price changes, purchase orders and anything leaving the company are proposed and wait for
a person to approve them. Every action is recorded with the name of whoever took it.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU, in Stockholm. The subprocessor list is in the app, and the audit log cannot be
edited or deleted, because update and delete are revoked at the database level.
